Bangladesh cutter master Mustafizur
Rahman picked up a wicket against Mumbai Indians in their 3rd match of
9th edition of Vivo Indian Premier League 2016. This is his 4th number wicket
in this IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad.
However, he bowled out Hardik Pandya with his another
excellent yorker as he did in the last match against Andrew Russell. But Today
Mustafiz was a bit expensive against Mumbai Indians than other two matches he
played for Sunrisers Hyderabad.
He gave away 32 runs in his allocated four overs which is bit
too higher than other Sunrisers’s bowlers. Moreover, only six dot deliveries
were bowled by him today. In the last match Russell could not play Mustafizur’s
Yorker & fell in the pitch.
Today Pandya was trying to play the big shot in
the air & missed the line. Though he did not lose his balance, he was
bowled by Mustafiz.
At the end Mumbai was able to post a total of 142 runs in
their 20 overs. Krunal Pandya scored 49 not out and Raydu scored a fifty which
helped Mumbai to get a respectable score. Sran took 3 wickets for Sunrisers. On
the other hand Kumar & Mustafiz both took one wicket each. Mustafizur took
total 4 wickets in 3 matches he played. He took two wickets in his debut match
and took one wicket both in his 2nd and 3rd match of this Vivo IPL. If he can
play like this in entire IPL he could give a fight for the highest wicket
taking bowler of this year’s IPL. Now Sunrisers are batting in the reply to the
142 of Mumbai
